Fractional CTO

If you’re a non-technical founder, then having somebody aligned with your interests to steer you in the right direction is invaluable. You don’t know what you don’t know, and trying to hire developers or engage with a development agency can be a minefield. But finding a technical co-founder can be next to impossible too. How can you get the ball rolling ASAP without rolling the dice?

I’ll evaluate candidates or agencies for you, structure the project so that it’s set up for success, and keep one hand on the wheel during development without breaking the bank.

Build your product

I can build a product from scratch, or rescue an existing project that’s gone off the rails. I’m very comfortable working on full-stack web projects, native mobile projects, and cloud infra.

Once the product is built, I can put together a team for you that will work on it long-term. I’ll put high quality software development processes and best practices in place to make sure that the team is set up for success, and manage them until they are a well-oiled machine.

Fix a problem

Every organisation that’s been around longer than five minutes has an array of things that are causing them persistent pain, but there’s always something getting in the way of them sorting it out. Point me at the problem and I’ll make it disappear.
